The Bible contains many promises for the Believer to use as keys to access the Kingdom. These promises are the expressed will of God written for us to have an expectation of the manifestation of His glory in the earth. The enemy uses time in an attempt to plant seeds of unbelief to wear out the saints, causing many to give up on their promises.

            Many Believers have found different scriptures that have been decreed, declared and confessed and still waiting for the manifestation. The enemy’s job during this time has been to afflict your faith because he is afraid of your growth, afraid of your future when you will possess the greater of God to do damage to the Kingdom of darkness with your testimony. He comes as a thief to steal, kill and destroy. (John 10:10). But if you think about a thief, he does not break in to steal something that is worthless, only that which is valuable. So you must be a valuable Kingdom asset.

            An account in Exodus 1:8-12, describes the fear of the Egyptians about the growth of the Israelites. The Egyptians feared the Israelite growth was equivalent to might and strength so they devised a plan of affliction and oppression against the continued multiplication. But the plan backfired and the Israelites continued to multiply until the time of their exodus. Remember the promise that God gave to Abraham concerning his descendants concerning the years in captivity and the time of release in Genesis 15:13. There was a date stamp on that promise, the time that it was given and then time that it was fulfilled.

            There is purpose in the promise, if you are willing to be a part of something greater. “You have not chosen Me, but I have chosen you and I have   ppointed and placed and purposefully planted you, so that you would go and bear fruit and keep on bearing, and that your fruit will remain and be lasting, so that whatever you ask of the Father in My name as My representative He may give to you.” (John 16:16 AMP).  It is about your testimony. You have been assigned as a part of the remnant overcomers who have the word of their testimony as conquerors and witnesses to the power of God in their lives.

            The mark is the visible sign that indicates and distinguishes the Believer. It is that identifier that separates the wheat from the tares even though time allowed them to grow together. These Believers are hungry and passionate for the move of God and the evidence of His Word. The promise can be heavy with persecution from the enemy. The minute that the confession began, the opposite begins to manifest. If you are believing for a healing, sickness comes in. If you are believing for a financial breakthrough, you wake up and your account is in the red. The enemy works hard against the Believer and even calls a board meeting to strategize against you.

            The purpose for your existence is higher than you know or could ever imagine. It can only be revealed through the mark that has been placed upon your life. The grand design of God reveals that which you could never imagine. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” (Jeremiah 29:11 KJV). His thoughts for you include wisdom that you may not be able to comprehend at the moment, but will be revealed as you continue on the journey.

            In His infinite wisdom, He has marked you for the appointed time to reveal His power through you. It is time for the ‘who hath heard such a thing’. It is time for the ‘who hath seen such a thing’. Remember the authority of God’s promises which are the key to the breakthroughs.

 “Now the Lord is not slow about enacting His promise—slow is how some people want to characterize it—no, He is not slow but patient and merciful to you, not wanting anyone to be destroyed, but wanting everyone to turn away from following his own path and to turn toward God’s.”

(2 Peter 3:9 The Voice).

“Whatever God has promised gets stamped with the Yes of Jesus. In him, this is what we preach and pray, the great Amen, God’s Yes and our Yes together, gloriously evident. God affirms us, making us a sure thing in Christ, putting his Yes within us. By his Spirit he has stamped us with his eternal pledge—a sure beginning of what he is destined to complete.”
