There is a right kind of anger. When our children are being exploited, or when women are abused just because they are women, this needs to be addressed and stopped.

Romans 12:18 Live Peaceably with All
How do I handle anger? Is it wrong to carry anger in my heart? The Bible says the God is angry with the wicked every day. Psalm 7:11 God judges the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. Sometimes it takes some downright true anger at the injustices that are happening in our world, and to many people every day; in order to see some changes for the good to take place. When our children are being exploited, or when women are abused just because they are women; this needs to be addressed and stopped. There are reasons that these issues are being brought out into the light. God does not want injustices happening throughout the Earth. Our God is one who is consistent. He portrays balance in the Earth, both among people and animals. Ephesians 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath. The dictionary associates the words wrath, rage and fury with anger. Anger promotes a reason to fight for what is right and just to become reality. Rage carries with it a meaning of strong outbursts of anger where one seemingly looses self-control. The outward appearance looks out of control, but actually when submitted to God it is completely under His control. Fury means a rash, wildly excited anger when one becomes unreasonable. Jesus seemed to be unreasonable when He turned over the tables in John 2:15. But His anger was causing justice to happen, and truth to come into the light. It is not a sin to be angry, it's how we handle this emotion is what really matters. Is your anger going to cause you to retaliate and bring about more evil or is it going to cause you to want to find justice? How do we defuse the fire of anger? The Bible says to overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21. The enemy's way of getting our eyes off Jesus is to make us angry. When we overcome evil with good we will defuse the fiery darts of evil all around us. Romans 12:18 Peace can have the upper hand.
