This tragedy has touched you deeply. No one knows that when or why tragedies happen. You will need to write your book and perfect your poem before you are truly through with mourning.
While I wrote love poetry trying to attract girls in high school that never worked, I began writing poetry earnestly when I nearly died in my life changed drastically as a result of a surgical accident when I was 20. I had to put that mourning for my old life aside to move forward in my new one.

I read your poem suicide, it brought tears to my eyes. My son, recently, Sept. 19, 2001 died from suicide. I have had horrible fears of where he is right now, I try to hold on to my beliefs that god would not leave my child behind, but some times it's hard. This poem reassured me that my Michael is in heaven.

I absolutely agree and a friend years ago committed suicide and there was a prophecy to his twn brother and God spoke these words to him "Your name is written in the Lamb's book of life, next to your brother's"
