Giving Our Best

It is not necessary to be born in a noble or in a rich family, in a little house or in a castle in order to have a good heart.  Each human being is born with all the elements necessary for his or her blossoming out. All is there in us. We can note lots of things in a child, that announce to us the man or the woman of tomorrow. Some were born in a poor family, others in a well-to-do family.  But as early as at their young age certain traits of nobility, of grandeur or other are very visible on the child’s face and in his character. Of course one child is not better than another.

But there are children who recognize already, as early as during their childhood that they are treasure carriers, some discover it later and others never.  Just as with leadership, one possesses it, another does not.  This is not a reason for those that possess it to be mean or arrogant towards those who have not discovered their treasure yet.  Certain children are maybe slow to blossom or to discover the hidden treasure in them, but it is necessary to be careful not to believe that those are weaker than the others. When their moment will arrive, they will bloom maybe more than one may think.  Maybe they will be stronger and nobler than the others, one can never know.  Nature acts silently and independently of our whims and of our will.

Those who carry the treasure and the leadership in them also carry big responsibilities. These responsibilities come with wealth or with nobility, and those who will not prove to be equal to these tasks, will end up succumbing and may not reach their highest level. They will have to wait a long time to emerge.  But life is also very generous, it will grant them several opportunities to realize what state they are in and will create new circumstances for them to recover their own inheritance. Nature does not know that they are carriers of a spiritual treasure, but the spirit is aware that certain obstacles prevented their advancement, alas they must take a hard road to reach the level of their blossoming.  As early as in his young age the child feels that he is a prince, whom others have not yet discovered.  In this case he behaves himself as such and his conduct does not please the others.  The child submits to the criticism of others and there he commits the first error, for from that time on he becomes what the others may well want him to be, that is to say something other that himself.  It is painful for a child to be born into a society that does not know the values of being human. If society itself would realize the wealth of its children, everyone would profit.

Certain nations and certain tribes are aware of these values and act accordingly.  The child who feels this natural nobility in his innermost self must disregard society, without however ignoring it, and must carefully keep these feelings that uplift him and act accordingly by not wasting his time with other people's foolishness, without however hurting anybody.  Then, words become the most precious treasure that man can possess.  He must do all he can to keep the feeling that made him sense that he is different from the others and must do his best, that is, always be aware at any given moment of what is the purest and the noblest of himself.

In fact, every human being, male or female is actually a prince or a princess.  May we live in a castle or in a barrack, what is within ourselves, nobody can see, touch or take it from us. Life on earth is shorter than one thinks, even if we were to live to be one hundred and twenty years old.  Years in the universe are seconds and if we are aware to be on earth just for a few seconds, we would take great care not to waste them and give the best of us to others as much as we possibly can.
