Obama’s Speedy Success
I think that it is premature to come to any conclusion about Obama’success. We are surprised by the speed with which Obama became the front runner. I guess we will be also surprised as we are today when finding out, according to Mrs. Clinton, that Obama is a plagiarist.
Soon we will discover that all his speeches are without any substance or experience. If we are slowly, slowly discovering every day something new, . I rather take my dad’s advice “we should wait and see the end”.
And now it is 1-1/2 months later and Obama is still floating in the air. I believed then, and now, if Oprah hadn't sat on the front pew of her endorsement rally people woud be asking "Obama WHO? Bin Laden, you say?" This one is a smooth-talking salesman, who has no product but his words to sell.
Ok...my opinion, but it's worth something to me.
It has been said that hard work beats talent, when talent fails to work hard. Maybe the reason for Senator Obama's meteoric rise is simply that he is a talented man who works harder than his opponents.
Obama is a message from the American People to “our government”. The same old same old ain’t working anymore. The government is stuck in quagmire of self made distractions, to hide the real problems that require hard work, including going out of the system to solve. What are we going to do about Iraq? What about Gay Marriages? Which crooked politician do we need to hold hearings on.? What about steroids in sports? Yes, it’s going to take Washington insiders to solve these distractions for us. Say has anybody noticed that we are running out oil and soon even gay married couples won‘t be able to drive to work, or heat their homes? Oh… I forgot, the government has that covered already. It‘s in committee and the oil companies are going to come up an alternative energy source. Yes, we need people with insider experience that know how the government works to fix distractions. You are right, Obama may not have the solution, however, the votes he’s getting are certainly the message.

Everytime we see something good ahead (Lincoln, Kennedy, Bobby, Martin Luther, Columbine,) we, the Right to Bear Arm society, take a shot at them, like killing the Golden-Eggs-Goose all ove again...and again.
Time will tell, but as a light weigh idealist the firs strong wind will take him flying to nowhere and left behind just an vignette.
