Expressions of Life

We are flabbergasted when faced with any technical creation of man.  Why are we not wondering when we see nature=s creation?

By thinking about nature and ourselves we may discover the meaning of life and its beauty.

During our childhood we have feelings without thinking about them and without understanding what happens to us.  When we think we have understood something about life, we soon realize that we have not understood anything about this subject.

When we see something completely new, we know that it constitutes a small portion of what exists in reality, like the breeze which we feel without seeing it; the music which we love to hear without seeing its waves.  We feel the love, the sadness and the pain, which penetrate us and act within us without our direct control, without us understanding their substance, their meaning and their sources.

All these are the real expressions of life, which we perceive through our feelings. Some discover their meaning and the secret they hold and some are completely indifferent to them.  Is this the reason why the people of the world don’t understand each other?

I love the truth expressed in this article... I find it fascinating what music, for instance, can do to our heartrates... nothing within our control, and yet... our feelings/spirits/bodies instinctively react to beauty and sorrow and pain etc...

Much food for thought in this one...

The intangibles in life is what separates the ID from the ego, and lets us ponder what this life is all about. Education is a factor in how we perceive others and how they in turn affect us. Cultures are in the mix and must be understood, but in the end it comes down to love which all humans possess and is the key in getting along with each other and living in peace.

Then, we have those that go through this world without experiencing any of the expressions of life, but that are inclined to spoil those of the rest of us. That's one expression of life that we can do without.
This article is food for thoughts, start munching...
