Don’t believe what the polls show. I keep hearing that Obama is spending five times the amount of money McCain can spend. My answer: Is the United States for sale?  The most important factor is not the advertising or the polls.  The United States is neither a car nor a cheap gadget that we constantly see on TV.  The American people are smart and can not be intimidated by anyone’s slogan.

Last year we heard that McCain had no chance of winning the Republican nomination. How wrong were we then! Including myself.  No one had expected the financial crash.  Everyone I talked with is telling me that McCain has no chance, a few days before the election. 

Knowing the history of McCain, I say yes.  Obama has the polls with him, yes he is leading everywhere and even so many prematurely declare him as the winner.

But Obama and McCain still have to conquer the soul, the mind, and the heart of the American people.  No fraud and no advertising can buy our people.  America has first to emerge victorious through its own strength and resources which are the founding fathers’ values, and which are: no hate, opportunity, freedom, faith, self-confidence, economic growth and less government interference.

My father used to tell me during World War II, when we were under the German bombs: “Don’t write off your life or the life of other persons.  We should not predict the end, be patient, things always happen differently from what we think.  Just wait till the End”.

Life experience teaches us many things, this is one of them.
