"Gen. James Jones, national security adviser to President Barack Obama, told a European foreign minister a week ago that unlike the Bush administration, Obama will be "forceful" with Israel."  

I found these words insulting and humiliating for every Jewish man and woman worldwide. Haven't the Jewish people  suffered enough under Hitler and many other regimes? 

Is this the strategy of the new administration? Who will guarantee that Hamas and the Hezballah or El Qaida will not take over the West Bank and start sending Iranian made rockets on Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and every corner in Israel? 

If this is the new American strategy, while we cannot protect Pakistan  and Afghanistan from the Taliban, and from El Qaida we want to lash out against a small country and its small people, who gave so much to the world!

I will call it the strategy of appeasement, the same as the one of Chamberlin just before WWII.  Who doesn't love peace, but peace cannot come with force, and particularly with our partner Israel.  No, Mr. Obama, you want change, please start changing this so-called strategy. 

I would like to emphasize that the Obama administration is now in power and Mr Obama is my president. As a citizen I owe him my loyalty, although I cannot agree with everything he does or with everything he and his administration say.  This is my privilege to express my opinion.
