U.N. Chief Said: “Israeli Settlements Must Be Stopped”
Can anyone tell me why, and what would happen if they won’t stop? This is a problem which dates back thousands of years. Suddenly you are waking up. You know quite well yourself, that this area is not new and that the Jews have been building in this neighborhood since 1995 creating housing units for over 20,000 Jewish inhabitants in the same place, without anyone saying anything.
We the Americans and the Europeans did not do our human duty to protect the Jews in Europe. All those world problems would not have occurred if the countries which were the great nations would have been able to manage them. No one was in charge and everyone took care of his own interest, without regard for other people. The military power played an important role. We have to recognize that we failed and then, to cover up our weakness, we helped and enabled the Jews all over the world to return to their own country and homeland which they lost to the Romans. Had anyone asked if the Jews, who gave to the world fundamental cultural values, and the most relevant inventions, have any right to survive in peace? Have we ever asked ourselves, who had determined the size and the borders of the lands that we call today the Arab lands? The size of the Arab lands has never brought up the question, why they have lands of such a large size and with so much oil wealth. How come that no one asks this question?
The Jewish people have given more to the world than any other nation. Can anyone contest this fact? By attacking Israel, does anyone believe that the Jews will not feel insulted? I don’t know anyone who calls himself Jewish, whose feelings are not hurt.
US President Barack Obama repeatedly shows in his speeches that he cares for the poor, and the disadvantaged. Does he also care for the survivors of WWII who remained alive after losing six millions of their people through the harshest punishment, which surpasses any suffering that human beings have ever endured? Why did he decide to foment a crisis in the US relations with Israel, by deliberately inflating and blowing out of proportion, the news of the advancement of the planning for the construction of 1600 additional housing units in an existing neighborhood? This crisis evolved into a public crisis of faith in the US ally. By doing so, our president has encouraged Israel’s enemies, and turned even the few friends Israel and the Jews have left, against them. This way, our President himself is putting the lives of not only the Israeli and the Jews in danger, but also those of our troops who are in the region. What was he thinking? That this crisis would bring an advantage to him or to America? To the contrary, this is only artificially creating tension between the parties and already claimed a few casualties. Furthermore, it seems to deliberately draw the attention of the world away from the Iranian problem. Should Israel fire the Arab construction workers and create more unemployment?
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, instead of appeasing the situation with the president and the public in general is adding fuel to the flame. Instead of diffusing the tension, she is also accusing Netanyahu of insulting David Axelrod. I find this to be degrading for all Jewish communities in the world.
In the interest of the United Sates and in the interest of the Presidency, I strongly suggest to our President to solve any problem with Israel, our only ally in the Middle East, quietly and diligently.

Now the magic word is APPEASEMENT.
