Back in 2009, I carefully listened to Obama's speec h from Cairo. I found his speech, eloquent, gracious, except for a few bumps, which could create some problems and should be debated. I realized that even there, he spoke using the teleprompter.

He equated the Palestinian problem with the Holocaust, forgetting that the Palestinian refugee problem was not created by Israel, but rather by Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Syria and other Arab countries, which together attacked the newly born Jewish state in 1948 and encouraged the Palestinian refugee exodus, by ordering them to abandon their houses and their villages until victory, which never came. In one strike Obama rehabilitated the terrorist organization Hamas and by so doing he let Abbas down.

He was convinced that Iran’s nuclear project was for peaceful purposes, by labeling it as if it was for energy only. Israel did not accept this argument. Knowing the Iranians well, I was not convinced. As he wants to be a unifier of the world, he forgets that his success depends on unifying first and foremost the United States population. By ignoring other parties and their aspirations and by engaging funds without limit, he in fact disqualified his policy. Now we can see that Iran is pursuing its atomic project, and not for civilian uses, but for war.

From the beginning, the mistreatment Obama gave to Netanyahu and lately, refusing to receive him, was insulting for all the Jews, Democrats or Republicans. Now I understand that Obama is not a friend of either the Jews, or the Christians, but unfortunately, our Jewish and Christian brothers and sisters are maybe naive. Obama is a great actor who knows how to lull the masses without substance. I guess he is pro-Islam. There is nothing wrong with that, but I believe that this is why Iran considers him as one of theirs and does not take him seriously.

For those who voted for Obama, it is not too late to distance yourselves from him without regret. Please do not forget that Obama once stated overseas that the US is no longer a Judeo-Christian state, while the percentage of Muslims in the US does not even reach 1%, and in fact there are not seven million Muslims in the US, as Obama said. I wonder why President Obama exaggerated, by increasing the number of American Muslims without verifying. This is inappropriate for a president.

Obama also mentioned in his speech:
” On the other hand, it is also undeniable that the Palestinian people – Muslims and Christians – have suffered in pursuit of a homeland. For more than sixty years they have endured the pain of dislocation. Many wait in refugee camps in the West Bank, Gaza, and neighboring lands for a life of peace and security that they have never been able to lead. They endure the daily humiliations – large and small – that come with occupation. So let there be no doubt: the situation for the Palestinian people is intolerable. America will not turn our backs on the legitimate Palestinian aspiration for dignity, opportunity, and a state of their own.”

“For decades, there has been a stalemate: two peoples with legitimate aspirations, each with a painful history that makes compromise elusive. It is easy to point fingers – for Palestinians to point to the displacement brought by Israel's founding, and for Israelis to point to the constant hostility and attacks throughout its history from within its borders as well as beyond. But if we see this conflict only from one side or the other, then we will be blind to the truth: the only resolution is for the aspirations of both sides to be met through two states, where Israelis and Palestinians each live in peace and security.”

Mr. President, do you know how many years the Jews suffered and were discriminated against, among other people and nations, even in the United States? Have you thought about the Jews from Arab countries, some of whom were driven out of the country by various methods? In Egypt, Abdel Nasser has forced the Jews out of the country, allowing them one suitcase of personal belongings and ordering them to leave behind their buildings and items of value. The same happened in other Arab countries and in Iran. But we, the Jews from Arab countries, are calm; we don’t like to make noise. However, our rights are unquestionable. By comparison, the value of the relinquished Jewish buildings, businesses and land in nine Arab countries surpasses by far the value of the entire land, buildings and businesses relinquished by Arabs in Israel.

Also, no one should forget or deny that the Jews helped each other while they themselves were in need. As for the Palestinians, they should use the enormous land that the Arabs are sitting on without any legal heritage right. The Middle East is larger than the United States.
