The Russians have recognized the presence of these terrorists in their country and especially inside Chechnya and the Caucasus Mountains. The military presence of Al Qaeda and other terrorist groups in Syria worried the Russians, who had recognized the danger in case these terrorist organizations would succeed to occupy Syria or even part of it. This would be dangerous for the Russians, either in the Mediterranean, where they dreamed to have a base in this gentle sea since Peter the Great, or in Russia itself. This danger could spread across the Middle East and North Africa.

The Americans had not taken seriously or perhaps not understood the reason for this insistence and the reason for this alliance with Assad. Clearly they established themselves in Syria for their own benefit but they fiercely defended Assad by sending weapons and giving him military and political support. The Russians claim that the existence of Al Qaeda, Jihadism and Radical Islamism in Syria reinforce the Muslim terrorists in Russia and especially in Chechnya, where they had suffered several attacks by these terrorists, as well as Russia itself. It is certain that the same reasons for Russia's concerns could also be applied in the United States, since they derive from similar hazards.

Will the attack in Boston change the U.S. strategy with regard to the Middle East, especially to support its allies, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Israel, the UAE, Egypt, Yemen, North Africa and other countries in the region? We know that Obama would not want to open a new front after his experience in Iraq and Afghanistan. To his great regret, this act of terror in Boston would require him to strengthen the military, change his strategy and take seriously the danger of terrorism, which to this day he preferred to make us believe  no longer existed.

The presence of terrorists in the United States is a threat and a warning for its safety. It remains to be seen if there are no other elements or groups in other cities or regions of the United States, of the same kind as the two brothers from Boston, who have caused enormous harm and damage not only in Boston, but especially to the American reputation in the world.

Americans have grasped that for the time being, the presence of Al Qaeda, Jihadism and  Radical Islamism in Syria would threaten Jordan, Israel, Lebanon, Syria and possibly even Turkey. The United States will have to change its strategy in the Middle East and protect its allies and even the entire region. Muslim countries do not benefit from the presence of Al Qaeda, Jihadism, Radical Islamism or religious fanatics.

Obama actually believed he was helping get rid of Arab dictators, who until now ran the Arab countries in their ways. But his advisers did not know or had not lived in these countries to better understand how to improve the situation of these people. There are several ways to change the regime without having to resort to revolution. It is clear now that these revolutions had not led to the expected results, did not meet the aspirations of the people and did not take into account the existing forces in each of the countries of these revolutions. It is now clear that these revolutions have benefited the religious to take power through elections. Unfortunately the religious, such as the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt and the religious extremists in Tunisia also have the benefit of having mosques and are better organized for such elections. But alas these religious have goals that are far from democratic.
