The lame stream media is this administration's invisible deodorant. You put it on, the real news disappears, and they tell ya the administration is doing a great job and everything is fine, so ya can't tell where the stink is coming from. Fox News tells you and shows you where the stink is really coming from.
As usual Fox News is reporting the conservative line that has been circulating ever since the law was passed by Congress, not by the President who only signed it, trying to undermine the law's intent with half-truths and innuendo, and the integrity of President Obama. The target is the President, not the health care law.
There has been bumps along the way, but a lot of signs (if you do the real math and not selective math of the naysayers) that the healthcare law has already reduced healthcare costs for everyone. No one that I know has lost their doctor. During my 30 year career with the state, as a result of changes in the insurance plan provided, I was forced to change my primary care doctor five times. What's the big deal? I could go on about all the other comments, but I won't. Companies with insurance plans will continue to make decisions about those plans and, if they choose not to provide insurance for their employees, there is a low-cost option now available that wasn't before. As far as those people that lost their "scam" insurance where they would lose greatly if they were hospitalized--good riddance.
It's all about hating the President. And I wonder why that is? Maybe it is because his record so far is sterling compared to almost any other president. He is under fire like President Lincoln, a Republican. And, as a result, will come out of office compared to Lincoln and Mandela as someone who could keep a cool head and not give up on fairness for everyone in the face of tremendous odds.
