Opening the Séance

Each member sits in a prearranged horseshoe shape facing one corner of the room. That corner has a curtain attached to the ceiling by metal runners. Hanging from it are 2 heavy curtains, made from a velvet type material. Despite the presence of these curtains, future sittings will record that these are seldom drawn.

There is one door into the room and one window. Each is completely covered by dense black material, like blackout curtains used during World War 2. Velcro fastening ensures a tight fit. The only other items in the room are objects that have a history in physical séances. These included portraits, sketches etc. The only other item is a tape recorder for recording each sitting.
