Can you love someone despite their disabilities?

I have a kitten; her name is Mia and she is only 2 months old. She was born normal along with her 4 other siblings.Unfortunately, she suffered from “cat flu” virus,and now she is blind on one eye.
I have been watching her movement closely. Watching her made me realized, that you are treated differently due to your disability or deformities.
The mother cat treats Mia differently from her other siblings, when she calls, the mother just lick her couple of times but denying her of food. Mia has to be bottle fed.
I’ve noticed Mia watching her siblings play. When she joined in, they stopped and ignore her.
For every action that Mia made, the mother cat will kick, slap and leave her. All Mia wanted is to be licked and loved by the mother.If a mother cat acted differently towards Mia,i believe that human beings will react at a similar level.Somehow,God gave us brain to think, to have compassion and love.
I don’t know the fate of Mia, but i will always love her unconditionally. People will only fall for looks, wealth and other exterior features of a person. I know that true love exists when you love unconditionally and does not expect anything in return.
