                THE PARANORMAL
  My Sister is a psychic. She also claims to be a medium, and an astrologer. I have studied these topics for over 20 years. I have been on ghost hunts. I have been involved in seances. I have studied tens of thousands of pictures and videos. I have been accused of being a ghoul, after being caught in graveyards and other strange places in the middle of the night while trying to get a EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena). All my studies and resources, all my strange experiences finally have led me to my overall conclusions in these matters.

     Let’s start with ghosts. They do not exist. You may say that you have seen apparitions, or have heard disembodied voices or you may have seen things levitate or move by themselves. True science has just begun to explore what our minds are capable of. Telekinesis, the power to move objects with your mind, either consciously or unconsciously is plausible.

     We must understand the basic function of vision. We do not actually "see" anything. We see light, that is all we see. Light that bounces off objects. The spectrum of light that is seen with the human eye is small indeed compared to the full spectrum. Light can be refracted, bent, and manipulated in so many thousands of ways.

     Now, let’s continue on with sounds, like voices, moans, crying. Sounds are less reliable than vision. They can be distorted by a multitude of different factors, such as wind or objects echoing sound with strange distortions for example. Sounds can travel in very strange ways, and for very long distances.

     Now, let us discuss mediums. People from the dawn of time have claimed to be in contact with the dead. I believe it is possible for some people to have an "insight" or ESP ( Extra Sensory Perception), that is to know things that by any other means would be impossible. The human mind is a strange and wonderful thing. These true psychics have helped, for example, in police investigations. But, a true psychic will never claim to be in contact with the deceased. These "sensitive" people just have visions and impressions that seem to call for interpretation. 

    Let's talk about witchcraft, voodoo and other different kinds of magic. I must point out the fact that if you truly believe something can hurt you, it can. So, I must caution you, when you dabble in such things you are opening your mind to delusions that can effect your mind, body, health and spirit. Some of the potions and spells have a solid base of chemical reactions, such as the zombies of Tahiti. Combining the chemical effects of the drugs with an intricate web of deceitful beliefs can make anyone with a unenlightened mind believe these strange people have magic powers, which is not the case.

  Let's explore the possibility of astrology. Everything is a cycle or system. The seasons, the birth and death of every life form, the planets going around our sun. It is a known fact that the moon effects our behavior and the menstrual cycle of women. The solar winds effects us as well. But, to say you can tell what will happen to a man, who exists on a little planet, by watching the cycles in space is ridiculous.

     Now you may ask, why do I still investigate the paranormal? Because something is there! I have bumped into it many times in my travels and investigations. I have never before revealed my true beliefs. Now, I will tell you what I know. There are "energies", for lack of a better word, that can come and go at will. These "energies" can be positive or negative and there are devices that can detect them. An electro-magnetic detector when used properly can identify these "energies". Spikes on the meter, after taking a base reading of the area being investigated, can locate the proximity of these anomalies. It has been proven to me that these "energies" have intelligence, and some can or will interact with people. I do not believe these anomalies are, or ever have been human. But, I do believe they have an awareness of being. I do not know from which they come or where they go. Alternate dimensions is a possibility as well as alien life forms that are naturally in this state of invisibility to the human eye, but this is only speculation.

     Many people scoff at the idea of "orb" pictures. I do not blame them with all the pictures of dust particles, snow flakes, insects, precipitation, and just bad photography claiming to be true paranormal orbs. As paranormal investigators we have a criteria to classify true paranormal orbs.

1...Is the orb completely circular? If it is not it is probably airborne particulate matter.

2...Is the orb in question three dimensional? If it is not it is probably something on or near the optics of the camera.

3...Is the orb opaque, or at a minimum translucent, or is it nearly transparent? If it is transparent it is most likely some sort of contamination from the local environment.

4...Is the orb self-luminous? If not it is not a true paranormal orb.

Additionally some investigators will incorporate the color of the orb in their assessment.

Yellow, Blue, or Red orbs = Pollen

Green orbs = Mold Spores

Grey orbs = Dust

White orbs (non-luminous) = Snow, Water or Dust

The pictures I am including is of my nephew, he is attending a technical college for robotics. He has sent me many pictures of this classroom from many angles. I am including another picture of the chair for comparison. The pictures were taken with a normal digital camera. This was the only picture that the anomaly appeared in. He was surprised when I showed him the blown up picture of this orb. I believe this to be a true paranormal orb. There is not anything around that chair to reflect the light in this manner. There is a gum wrapper on the chair, the anomaly is above the wrapper, look closely. You decide if this is proof of what I am talking about.

There is something there!
