Ms. Stephanie Poplar is a dynamic trainer, motivational speaker, and Business Networking Coach, 501 C-3 consultant, author, real estate agent, and radio host of two shows which include “Journey to Wellness and Success” and the “ER” Hour, Empowerment Resource Hour. 

She holds her M.A. in Legal, Ethical & Historical Studies & B.A. in Government & Public Policy from the University of Baltimore, and an A.A. in General Studies from Villa Julie College.  Ms. Poplar is a Network Director of NAFE, National Association of Females Executives and a Co- Director of a multicultural networking group called, Face to Face Networking.

Mr. Arnold Mitchell

Mr. Arnold Mitchell is a motivated 36 years old mortgage professional.  He has well over 5 years of experience in assisting individuals with home purchases and with their refinancing needs.  Mr. Mitchell's love for people has inspired him to do a real estate radio talk program that enlightens individuals about how equity & money really work.  He is passionate when it comes to discussing  foreclosure prevention strategies on the air waves.  Mr. Mitchell currently is the co-host of the most talked about show that airs every Wednesday on Radio One, WOLB 1010 A.M. from 10:00 a.m. -11:00 a.m. after the Larry Young Morning Show.  

He is the Co-Publisher of the Proud Neighbor Magazine for the state of Maryland.  Mr. Mitchell is a member of the local chamber of commerce.

His love for the community is authentic.  He has partnered with WE CARE BALTIMORE, INC. to educate the young and the old on financial and mortgage concerns.  Mr. Mitchell really takes prides conducting credit restoration seminars and helping individuals improve their credit score.

Mr. Mitchell holds A.A. degree in Business Management from Baltimore City Community College.  He has received numerous awards for working with diverse organization.  Currently, Mr. Mitchell's, Mortgage Professional at Equity United Mortgage is licensed in the following states: Maryland, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York, California, and Colorado.
