I don't know about it except the fact that it framed some rules and regulations which involves the treatment of enemy soldiers. How many signed countries, following it? What is the punishment they should get if they violate it?

I can never forget about two incidents all through my life. I happened to read about two situations, one due to Pakistan, one due to Bangladesh.

At the time of Kargil War, still the news do not spread in the country; Lieutenant General Saurav Kaaliya and his army troop of 5 soldiers were missed while they went out for Patrolling in the Border area in Jammu and Kashmir.

They are neither the militants nor the secret agents but the army people. Don't you know how to treat them? If true soldiers, they should fight honestly. Keeping someone under captivism that to by kidnapping and torturing that to Soldiers, is not the true spirit of a warrior. I doubt beasts also do not behave like that.

The same was repeated by Major Fazlur Rehman of Bangladesh Army in the eastern borders of our country.

What punishment they should get? I think the best one is to take the criminals' (those who are responsible for this heinous act) children and explain them how their respective fathers behaved. The children can never call them as fathers from then onwards. They fear on looking at them and getting their name.

I hate my country too for its policies. They never filed a case against Pakistan in ICJ. One individual on his personal interest filed a case. We smashed down Atlantis, Pakistan's aircraft, when it is spying inside our border. They filed a case against us in ICJ. Ofcourse, they lost the case.
But why our leaders maintain calm and be silent, I can never understand.

Always chanting peace. We should give one such a blow that they never dare to look to our country. What is this? Right from the Independence, we are experiencing terrorism. What did we attain through peace? To maintain Peace in the country, to sustain as a prosperous nation, we need to wage a war.
