Today I saw "Big Fight", a television program in the Star News Channel, which have 3 panels, one is a group of 3 different members who will be interviewed, the second pannel consists of 3 to 4 members who are journalists out of them, one is Mr. Rajdeep Sardesai, the Political Editor of Star News Channel(NDTV). The third panel is group of citizens.

Today's topic is my title of this article. The crisis is the cross-border terrorism and the increasing barbaric acts devised by those leaders which are implemented by their trained militants. Among the interviewed are one
Major General Sankar Roy Chowdary, Former Army Chief of India, the second one is Mr. Mattoo, Professor,JNU,New Delhi.(May be in Political Science, I haven't observed properly). and the third one is Mr. Muchkund Dubey, Former Foreign Secretary. The interviewers are Major General Ashok Mehta,(Retd.), a defence analyst, Mr.Sridhar from Statesman.

The matter in the braces is the facts which are expressed in the show.
{ These are very proactive acts sponsored by Pakistan. They surely know that the people of India are very much disgusted and irritated over the patience shown by the country and they will pressurise Indian Government to wage a war, so that Pakistan can say that, we are not responsible, India only a warmonger. Today our Army people decoded a wireless message to the terrorists that the Lashkar-E-Toiba, Jaish-E-Mohammed got orders to speed up and increase their terrorist activities and suicidal attacks.

Elections are going to be held in Kashmir on October of this year. This time almost every party is participating. If those are held, it will be again be crystal clear to the world that there is democracy in Kashmir and people are towards India. Those people do not like that.

That to, the Fox, General Musharaff, is facing opposition in the country from the political parties and people. If war is declared, the sense of nationalism will be aroused in Pakistan and people forgets his mistake. He can be able to divert their minds. Having the American troops on its soil, Pakistan now requests America to mediate which India strongly condemns. This is the plan of Gen. Musharaff who devised the Kargil.

Everyone of the people are disgusted with country and have very much hatred towards Pakistan for its barbaric acts. The only question is: For 52 years, right from the Independence, we are fighting against Terrorism with "RESTRAINT" only. Is there any change? How far should we silently suffer? Some suggested that we will try the diplomatic channels to warn Pakistan and be alert too. Some suggested to give ultimatum to the Pak and to the rest of the world too that we will be restraint until the elections are over in Kashmir and after that we are not going to absorb any of their misdoings.}

My feelings after watching the show::

As per the question of discussions: Why should we at all? The discussions' main aim is the participants must resolve an issue and should be determined to follow and implement what they signed or agreed to. There must be an assurance that the successive governments of the respective of the respective countries must be binded and bounded to that resolution.

Can we, Indians, get such assurance from Pakistan govt. or its political leaders? Musharaff said that he doesn't accept any of the past treaties before coming to Agra. When much hyped Agra discussions are going on, the political parties of Pakistan, especially Mrs. Benajir Bhutto, former premier of Pakistan stated that they are not going to accept what Mr. Musharaff signs with Vajpayee.

There is no assurance either that Mr. Musharaff himself will value it. Please read my, "For us also the same"(a poem). Musharaff always claims that Kashmir must be Pakistan's. Kashmir must be the main issue before discussing any other issues. Ok. If we go with him also, Pakistan itself has handed over some part of its occupied kashmir to China.

My demand on behalf of our people is, if we ever has to discuss the Kashmir as the main issue, Mr. Musharaff should bring back the kashmir land from china, talk about their occupied kashmir too. Means, Discussions must be on the whole kashmir. Can he accept the challenge?
Will he ever do that?

As far as the human rights issue is concerned, he first should look after his own country and most of all their occupied kashmir. They are living under miserable conditions. In our kashmir, the people have all rights. One best example is, (Mr. Musharaff himself is the evidence to the fact), Hurriyat leaders invited Musharaff to Tea Party in New Delhi last year, which he accepted, very much against our wish.( He hasn't even cared for Diplomatic Norms. No leader behaves against the wishes of the hosting government when he/she is touring in the other country.)

Can there is ever such freedom to the leaders in POK? Can they ever dream for it under the prevailing conditions there as of now? They are just puppets. Musharaff mostly and his previous governments suppressed and arrested those who are against the Pakistan's wish that Kashmir must be succeeded to Pakistan.}}

I question the American readers, in fact the people of other countries too, that how do you respond and wish, if you are in our position?
If America is hurt, everyone should help and fight. If any other country is swelling with wounds, they should maintain restraint. What is this double standard? I wonder how Mr. Bush can talk like that.

I really pity for the mean mentalities of the leaders of the so-called Super Power. Being Mighty and wealthy is not great, but maintaining good standards, impartial judgement must be there.This is what people expect from them.

When people all over the world wishing peace and praying for a global family in this era of Internet, is it the proper way to behave on part of the leaders of the mighty country?

I very much request the opinion of American readers and their comments. Please answer to my question. If you too say, like your government that we, Indians should maintain restraint while Pak is behaving barbariously, thinking that no one could ever understand their acting, I couldn't resist myself from wishing that Osama or Saddam should repeat Sept,11th like attacks and I wish I could send a message , to maintain "Restraint". You might be hurt with this comment. But if you ever can empathize with the anguish of the people, who are very tolerant and trying their every way to maintain peace under very provocating situations, who are facing the barbarism of the neighbour, who are fighting terrorism for the past 52 years, you can understand our feelings.

I question the Indians that why don't we try our best in the diplomatic way?
If governments discuss this issue with the other governments, we should discuss with the people of other countries. In which country you may be, you form as groups, discuss over the issue and explain to the people there about Pakistan's criminal nature. We shouldn't stop. We should help our Soldiers in this way. We should make them know that we are very much with them. If soldiers involve in the actual battle, we should involve in this diplomatic battle. Our media also should prepare programs which show the Pakistan's criminalities and which also should display the anguish of the people of India.
