This article is about Geneva Declaration and its violation by both Pakistan and Bangladesh.

I wish everyone read this article, convey their opinion, give their suggestions and if they feel that my views are acceptable and applicable, try to help me in my endeavour. Though this article mainly is written for Indians, and is more concerned with India, it has its impact on all countries.

I think, everyone still and forever remember the brutal killing of our Army troop of Lt. Gen. Saurav Kaaliya and his 5 member group. Still the news of the Occupation of Kargil heights by Pakistanis not spread over India, Pakistani Rangers kidnapped the army troop which was patrolling in the border area in J&K. How their bodies returned ! Oh! God! No one can ever imagine such a brutality and barbarism. I just can't pen them. Blood still boils. I can never forgive them for this incident.

Also, the same incident was repeated by Major Fazlur Rehman of Bangladesh Army near Bengal borders. I wonder whether they are beasts in the disguise of humans. I wonder whether ethics, morals and International laws are taught to them or not.

My wish is to let Pakistan say apologies to India and especially to the Parents and the relatives of the victimised Martyrs. Coming to Bangladesh, it suspended him and the Bangla govt. already expressed its apology.

How to proceed in this mission? We all must write letters continuously to the Media and the Govts. on both sides. Request the Media to conduct seminars, discussions and interviews of the concerned people on this matter. We should spread our motto and should gain consensus and support from the Indians and also from the broad minded among Pakistanis.

We should approach the military personnel and their relatives and request their support. Also "Pows and their release" be the another issue. In this way, we can pressurise our govt. to think seriously on this matter.

Think, this is the least we can do for our beloved soldiers who sacrifice their lives for us. We should show our responsibility in protecting their rights. Always we read in News Papers that the families of PoWs request both the govts. to take steps for their release, but we do not respond at all. We must show our gratitude to them.

You may question why I am writing this now. This is just made open now. But the desire is right from the Kargil day. I am asking the advice of each and everyone that I come across. In fact, I have been trying to contact late Major Padma Pani Acharya's family for their opinion and suggestions in this regard.
Also the Whole world is now at the helm of war with the US trying to destroy Iraq. So sticking to "Geneva Declaration" and "Pows" issue will be contemporary only.
