It is a strange feeling finishing a book that I have worked on off and on for over six years. It is now up on Amazon Kindle but I do not have a hard copy to hold in my hands or sell like my two other self-published book. This economy makes me count my pennies twice before I spend any money.
The cost of self-publishing my book right now is not in the budget. But I did finish my book, inspired by my nine year old grandson who asked me if I had any more stories about Christy and Brad. They were referring to my first self-published book, Ghost Kids Trilogy the first book in my Christy and Brad adventure series. Now the second book is out, The Chase is On! A real bear thriller story.
I am really happy to have finally finished this book but I am disappointed I do not have a hard copy to show for it.
I have taken advantage of the new technology available to all writers and be able to up-load all your books and stories on the Amazon Kindle.
This is really the newest technology and I am taking advantage of it. I have three books uploaded so far and I have many more to go.
I have many books in my Christy and Brad adventure series and I intend to upload them into the Amazon Kindle as soon as I can.
Then I will self-publish each book one at a time until all the stories I have written are in my hand
I can’t wait until the Apple IPod makes it possible for authors to upload their books for sale. Also the nook from Barnes and Noble.
I know as an author I want to get my books uploaded on their software but they need to make it available to their writers, authors.
