The recognition of abuse is the first step towards finding healing
Abuse is deadly weapon and must be removed from every where it is seen .
With abuse each situation is different. It is often a hidden problem where the victim is isolated and no one else can see what is going on .
The victim can also feel ashamed that the person they had trusted has done something to them and often fear steps in .
They are frightened to tell anyone because they know what will happen to them if they do . At times the victim may feel that he or she is to blame .
The person who was abused may be too young to speak up and cannot understand why this has happened . In recent times there have been many cases of small babies being mistreated by parents or a babysitter or family friend .
The abuser can sometimes be an unknown or random person as well as a family member , friend husband or wife .
The abuser may have drug or alcohol problems or mental health issues where he or she is not aware of what they are doing .
The abuser could be stressed and not able to cope with his or her current situation.
There are many triggers of abuse .

Non Verbal abuse –
Harassing , assaulting trolling , are some ways people are abused .
In today’s world abuse is running rampant . The misuse of the internet has become a weapon some choose to abuse others .

Financial abuse -
Illegal or wrongful use of another persons money or assets . Using fraudulent scams to take money from innocent people .
Neglect –
Not providing support , not caring about the needs of those in your care . Refusing shelter , food, clothes, or food . Not assisting those who are in need of help .
Physical abuse –
Hurting another person by hitting , kicking , or using other people to threaten and harm the innocent .
Psychological Abuse –
Humilating , threatening or intimidating people by the use of language spoken or written that is meant to demoralise or take away another’s dignity .

Any behaviour which causes harm to another person is abuse .
Any person who is hurt , distressed , or made to feel humiliated or silenced .
Any person who is the victim of the abuse needs three things before healing can start .
