Us Who Dat 'Yats always know that even with adversity, we would rather strive to be BETTER than Bitter.

As we face another Super Bowl without being able to watch our "Bless U Boys," I was reminded recently by Fr. Ed Chiffriller, SSJ's homily at St. Francis Xavier Mass of what always gives this "dog in the house" dude and a New Orleans Saints fan of hope for "next year" and the hereafter per a Nelson Mandela quote:

"A Saint is a sinner who keeps on trying ...."

That surely will be my next toast with a Dixie longneck in my hand at the new Drageaux's (Drago's) swallowing down their famed "Oysters Voisin” - Fried Louisiana oysters, creamed spinach, bacon, bordelaise sauce and extra cheese topped on toasted French bread medallions!
