"It was just for fun....just to lighten things up a little. Take our minds off the war. It was just a hoax after all!" This said, or something like it, by one of the two men, Whitton or Dyer. I'm not going to wade back through all the internet blogs and newspaper articles to find out which man said the above or his exact words.

     Several of the newspapers articles said the cop, Whitton, was fired or about to be.

     One blog site was amusing. At the end of the entries, it had two places to check, the first was check here to reply, the second was check here to start your own hoax.

     What I find interesting about the subject of Bigfoot is how many people just simply don't believe they exist.  But, I also believe they just haven't researched the m ny sightings of the beast, and they are many! I want you to remember, I've never seen one of these beasts, and don't care to--in the wild anyway. One day I hope to see some good sharp pictures of one of them, or perhaps a family of them in a zoo.

     So, we Bigfoot believers will just move on, quietly waiting until the real beast makes his appearance. If you've had or know of a sighting, let me know. I'd love to hear it and write about it. Please email me your story, with your whole name. I'll use only initials.

     Let's not be too disappointed in men like, Whitton and Dyer, for as a rule this sort live among us, hiding what they are. But these two have boldly shown themselves for what they are--liars, frauds, thieves, and on and on.
