Tribal Bigfootby David Paulides is a 480 page nonfiction book just packed with sightings and drawings. I ordered my copy from Amazon.com. If you enjoy the subject of Bigfoot/Sasquatch you will enjoy this book. Things I didn't know. Here are some of the things I've learned, so far. The animal is a "ridgewalker." This means that he walks the mountain ridges so that he can observe all that goes on around him.
In the early days, in North America, before the name Bigfoot came into common use, the animal was called Hairy Man/Men or as some called him Wild Man/Men (each tribe of Indian had its own name). And it was common knowledge that these animals roamed the high, thick forests.
I'll tell you more as I read this interesting and well-written book. The photo has nothing to do with the book I'm reading. I've spent this last week making Bigfoot cookies. I've decided not to do anything with them. I would think most people would not want a cookie when they were not familiar with the maker. So, I'm eating them. I've put on a good three pounds!
