How the radical right and the fanatical fringe of the Republican and Tea Parties stole the 2010 Mid-Term Election in small towns and rural areas of the United States.

                      THE SEAMLESS BETRAYAL OF DEMOCRACY
(The November 2010 Mid-term Election In The United States of America)

    From Maine to California! From Florida to Alaska! Almost one hundred percent of the nation’s major media newspapers, television stations, radio stations, television & radio hosts/commentators, columnists, social networkers, bloggers, political and non-political pundits: Proclaimed the rousing success of the Republican and Tea Party Candidates; in the Tuesday, November 2, 2010 National, and Local Mid-Term Elections, held all over the country. They Trumpeted “The People Have Spoken-And They Want Change!” Yet; not a single one of these heady, band wagon jumpees, stopped to ask the simple, single, question of: How did they win? From Alaska to Florida! From California to Maine! Not one of them asked the most important question, that always need to be asked in the name of any Democratic Republic! ....Were The Elections Fair?
    From the mouths, columns, text messages, video’s and You  Tubes: A space traveler from Pluto would conclude that all of the mid-term election winners and losers had participated in a wonderful, machine precise, open, clean, and seamless election. When in fact in many places of the country it appears to have been a well orchestrated conspiracy. A conspiracy operated almost to perfection. A conspiracy; willingly or unwillingly sanctioned and or approved by all the parties named above; others un-named; and others unknown. A conspiracy to dis-enfranchise millions of citizens. Citizens who duly cast their votes believing they were participating in a democratic process. Citizen who believed they were participating in an open, fair, and a free election. Little did these unsuspecting citizens of our proclaimed democracy know, or even suspect, their votes did not count! Nor do they understand until this day; they have been betrayed by conspirators in a seamless betrayal of democracy!
    As a “died in-the-woods” believer in the conspiracy theory. I questioned the outcome of the 2010 mid-term election even before the votes were cast and counted.
     About five days after I talked with Mrs. Mary Jane Hooks (a friend of mine who lives in Shannon Town, Mississippi), who questioned the fairness of the election, I received a one page document from her titled: OFFICIAL ELECTION RESULTS - GENERAL ELECTION - LEE COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI - NOVEMBER 2, 2010, WITH 42 of 42 PRECINCTS REPORTING, REPORT -EL52, PAGE 0002; RUN DATE: 11/08/10 03:13 PM. The document showed all of the candidates who were on the ballot for the U. S. House of Representatives, State of Mississippi, 1st District. There were 9 candidates for the one house seat open. The Republican Party candidate received 14,157 votes (61 %), and the Democratic Candidate received 8,740 votes (37%) of the 23,437 total votes cast. The seven other candidates received a total of 540 votes. The 23,437 total votes included 8 write in votes, 4 over votes, and 93 under votes. There was no report on the number of votes by affidavit! And there was no mention of the fact that at least 3, and perhaps all of the other 42 precincts in Lee County had no ballots between the hours of 12 Noon until 5:30 PM!
    When I began to examine the Official Results document; the first surprising results was: The Republican Party Candidate had received 60% of the vote to 37% for the Democratic Party Candidate in a historically strong Democratic county. There were  Libertarian, Constitution, and Independents, candidates; but there were no Tea, Green tea, or Green Party Candidates. And all of the other candidates had received only a little over 2% of the total votes. However, the votes total for Shannon Town revealed the most startling results of all. Although, Shannon Town has a population of 1,761 persons according to a 2009 Census estimate; there was a total of 2,570 votes cast! This would seem to suggest that every child, woman, man, and family horse, cat, and dog voted in what has, and continue to be ballyhooed, as a mid-term Tea Party & Republican Party upset of the Democratic Party!
    And it seems that this stuffing of the ballot boxes is nothing new! At 7:01 PM on Monday, October 27, 2008 the Associated Press reported: “More than a third of Mississippi Counties have more registered voters than residents old enough to cast ballots.”
    Continuing with an in-depth analysis of the voting in Shannon Town, Lee County, Mississippi. There are eyewitness accounts of a five hour shortage of ballots in a town of only 1,760; which had never happened before. An eyewitness account of a suspiciously large number of affidavit ballots; which had never happened before. An eyewitness account of being required to vote in a precinct different from the one on the official voter registration card. There is the officially documented evidence of extremely high percentages of votes (62-73%) for both the Republican and Democratic Party Candidates. And finally; voting precincts in the neighborhood communities within the Town of Shannon were tallied and reported as separate totals from the town itself. This method of reporting the total votes cast give rise to the opportunity to alter and adulterate the final vote count. In conclusion: It is very hard to believe that the voting which took place in the Town of Shannon, on Tuesday, November 2, 2010 in the First Congressional District, Lee County, Mississippi was a part of a fair and honest election process!

    Examining the same document for the City of Tupelo, Mississippi in the First Congressional District, Lee County, Mississippi. Which according the a 2009 Census estimate has a population of 36,337. It appears that 40% (14,563) of the population voted in the November 2, 2010 Mid-Term Election. There was an extremely high percentage of votes for the Republican and Democratic Party Candidates averaging over 70% per precinct (50-90%). The votes cast in the City of Tupelo constituted 62% of the total votes cast in all of Lee County. And, the voting precincts in the neighborhood communities within the City of Tupelo were tallied and reported as separate totals from the City itself.  As stated before, this method of reporting the total votes cast give rise to the opportunity to alter and adulterate the final vote count. In conclusion: It is very hard to believe the Tuesday, November 2, 2010 Mid-Term Election voting in the City of Tupelo, in the First Congressional District, Lee County, Mississippi was  fair and honest!

    After a thorough and thoughtful examination and analysis of the official document related to voting by the citizens in Shannon Town, and the City of Tupelo, in the First Congressional District, Lee County, Mississippi: It appears the 2010 Mid-Term Election was not seamless or fair. And because of the flaws in the voting process as documented to have occurred in these two voting areas in the State of Mississippi. It can be extrapolated to conclude: The November 2, 2010 Mid-term Election In The United States of America, was, and continue to be: From Maine to California! From Florida to Alaska!  A seamless conspiracy to deny the constitutional rights of the citizens of our country to rightfully choose who will represent them in their government . It is, and continue to be: A not so seamless betrayal of Democracy in the United Sates of America!
