A Spiritual Trail
Jake sniffed the air in anticipation as my flashlight revealed the path into the woods.
His yelp was short as he picked up a trail and something told me to listen, listen to his cry. As I sat with the moonlight shining through the trees I heard Jake use each scent he found to lead him to his goal.
I realized then my spiritual journey has been like Jake’s way of hunting. When I piece together each trail I have been led on I create a map of my route, which can assist me on my present and future paths.
