This is a review of a Audio-taped
Conference Session for APPPAH, from the November 17-20, 2006, Congress held in
San Diego, California.

During APPPAH's International Congress of 2006, I was intrigued to be introduced to the work of Peter Fairfield in his delightful and enlightening presentation, Larger Dimensions of Bonding: Oriental and Energetic Perspectives.

With the informative introcution to Peter's background and expertise in a wide range of healing practices by David Chamberlain, Peter begins with the concept that the unity of intent is creative, most especially in prenatal formation and development, where the intent of both parents and the infant-to-be are cumulative in contrbuting to formation and development even preconception.

From here Peter builds an understanding of a holistic perspective of bonding inclusive of physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual considerations, inclusive of both Eastern and Western perspectives. In Peter's experiencs the foundation of bonding from which all else arises is unconditional love and what he calls "pure being." He shows us that this dynamic can be traced through the body's energetic grid in acupuncture, and in closing he offers considerable input on practical applications of this information and sources for further investigation such as the Heartmath Institute.

This tape is well recommended to anyone seeking to deepen potentials to understand and experience bonding.
