Instead, SCOTUS appointed themselves as the Deciders-in-Chief over our real intellectual bodies such as NASA, the Center for Disease Control, and the Federal Reserve. It effectively made itself the decision-maker in all matters large and small about issues arising outside their comprehension where they have no expertise at all.

How arrogant is that? I had predicted that this would be one of the outcomes stemming from the pent-up power of extreme wealth accumulation some 30 or 40 years down the road when the wealth divide would be 16 times worse than it is today. All such matters are now safely tucked away inside the triad of the 1) the wealthy, 2) US legislators, and 3) the Supreme Court—and to hell with everyone else.

Intellectual lightweights such as Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas—known for their ties to the ultra-wealthy and to their inability to grasp conclusions that have been analyzed, synthesized, and evaluated via Critical Thinking and the Scientific Method--are also ringleaders of this triad.

So now we have Donald Trump, a washed-up renegade without enough brainpower to blow his nose, leading a wing of narrow-minded dimwits from the brainwashed, evangelical fringes of Hallelujahville, with the backing of our richest citizens—who pay no taxes—with the approval of 6 of our justices, aggregated into a band of no-nothing, half-wits who are hellbent on leading all the sane people down tne road to Stupidville.

Check me out. Even our best (or worst) fiction-writers did not predict that such a collosal puddle of pig excrement was just around the corner waiting for us to step into it. Meanwhile, half-way across the Euro-Asian land mass there are two war-mongers shouting that they have 1970-era nukes with rusted-out delivery systems they want to use against us. It seems that the more dire the issue, the dumber the decision-maker. Whence cometh this triangle, a convergence of stupid over smart; incredulity over scholarship; ignorance over enlightenment?

The only temporary solution that comes to mind about this new triad is this: We (democracy and freedom lovefs) must win the coming November elections; with majorities in both houses; we need to add 4 more independent-minded justices to the Supreme Court; set new and verifiable limits on them; build lots of new speed bumps in our streets of knowledge, and put up lots of detour signs that point toward freedom.

One day it will be written that the road to hell was littered with the errant thoughts of the ultra-wealthy, transferred to their puppet legislators, thence crunched into incoherent laws by ideologues incapable of reading and following our Constitution, then selectively opined by SCOTUS members on-the-take that the best and brightest among our 2,000 federal agencies with talent and knowledge beyond the comprehension of SCOTUS chose to replace the ignorance whirling around in their heads into the laws of the land.

By the way, let us not lay the blame at the feet of our lady jurists who had nothing to do with this plot to rape America blind intellectually. History has already recorded that similar treks have already taken place in country after country—before Karma stepped in and balanced the scales of Justice.

The guilty justices are all males who correctly cover their bodies with long, black robes to hide their short-comings from a public that doesn't want to see what withers away beneath.
