An article by Sha'Tara... This is not meant as a disclaimer but I do not write these articles. I believe there is much substance for thought and reflection within them and thus I choose to share them here. Of course your thoughts are always valued.

                 WHAT IF?

[voice from the other side - Sha'Tara]

That is the ultimate question in my mind.

What if it can be done? What if all things are indeed possible, not just as a mental exercise, but in any "reality" we choose to express such things in?

Of course it can immediately be seen that man's quest for "enlightenment" - though terribly flawed, often foolish, sometimes viciously destructive - is to answer that question. Scientific quest for knowledge; worship of God or gods; personal meditation for self-knowledge; the creation of endless collectives in search of understanding; in search of fulfillment through belief systems -- all these point to the fact that "man" is forever asking the question.

I have entirely given up on collective work to bring about enlightenment. Whether the collective is of two - a person and a Creator, for example, or of millions as a religious organization or an empire, these have proved self-defeating.

It all comes back to me. I have to decide, not only what life is (who I am) but what I do with it. Having decided that, the next and most important question is, how do I make it work so the results are what I intend them to be?

To arrive at self-enlightenment I decided many years ago to create a "vision quest" for myself. This quest would be based on logic, observation, experiences which would then be brought into a "permanent" dream world scenario that would play on for as long as I had this physical life. I entered into a marriage of two symbiotic lives: the "real life" of tick-tock as I am observed by the physical/mental/psychological world I interact with and the "movie" life of Sha'Tara I create in day dreams, night dreams and visions - my shadow world.

By fusing these realities, I have been able to extract information from the worlds that sustain me and form me. That I am a malleable entity is no longer in doubt. That I can "swim" through realities of thoughts, ideas, beliefs, and even "solid" matter is now fact. That fear is simply the product of false-knowing is also fact. That I can create any scene I wish to interact with in any way I choose is now fact. That mind can change matter is now fact. That life is an infinite complex of possibilities is now fact. That anything that attempts to suppress, limit or condemn the individual mind is "evil" is now fact. That polarity is essential to the manifestation of life is fact. That "pain" is the result of ISSA consciousness being seduced to one side or other of polarity is now fact.

What is freedom? Not living in absence of struggle -- That is death. That is why they used to write "R.I.P." (rest in peace) on gravestones! Life is not absence of struggle - it is the opposite. Peace (freedom) in life is understanding this. It is the wisdom to walk that fine line between the struggle of the Titans of Polarity. Between God and Satan. Between the gods and the devils. Between the angels and the demons. Between political parties. Between religious groups. Between belief systems. Hearing both sides but listening to my own reasoning.

Freedom is found walking on the Nexus. And the Nexus is found only by those who have abandoned all hope, all faith, all search for love, money, power or personal recognition. It is for those who have lost themselves in themselves by turning all inside-out. Where once I had to have, now I must give. Where once I needed friends, now I walk alone. Where once I felt tied to family, now I know none. Where once I worshipped a great God, now I need none. Where once I sought security, now I laugh at the concept.

Life has no guarantees. Not even "God" can promise eternal life or peace in some heaven. Nor can a God cast anyone into any "hell" of his own making. For those who see life as a re-balancing of "good behaviour" and "bad behaviour" through what is termed "karma" - there is no such thing. All these things are made in man's feverish mind. All come from fear; from not knowing and not understanding. If you think people go to hell for doing evil, then you have created that hell for them. And your God is in charge of that hell and resides there. Whatever you wish upon others is yours... not in some nebulous distant future life, but right now. If your world is "going to hell in a hand basket" in front of your eyes, that is the hell you have created for others to inherit. It is your hell. You are the God in charge and you are drawing death from it with your thoughts -- now, right now, and the pall of that death is spreading under your eyes.

You can just as easily change that reality. That shadowy world you created in your mind to swallow up all evil is itself evil, therefore you are being swallowed up in your own hell -- simple logic. How that manifests depends on how you think. It depends on how many "others" are singing your song and dancing your tune. That's the horror of collective consciousness: the uncontrollable power it possesses to destroy.

Collective consciousness never gives life. Life predates all collectives. Collective consciousness can only suck from life and destroy it. Observe. Think. See.

Last night I had another of those wonderful dreams of self-empowerment. Such simple stuff. I am riding on a fast moving train through the countryside. Across from me are two men holding a small baby. The baby starts fussing and crying. I look at the man holding the baby and he says to me: "I have no milk for the baby and it's hungry." So I reach across, take the baby, put it to my breast and milk pours out as if I was breast-feeding my own child. The child is sated and I return it to the men.

This is where the dream-quest is taking me: to the place where I can "feed" without the need to hoard. If my mind is clear and my body is healthy, I can do whatever needs doing, no more and no less. Life becomes simple, uncomplicated. I don't need money or "stuff" to do what needs doing. Or if I need these things, they will be there as I need them.

But it won't be for me. That's the secret of self-empowerment. The "power" is not for me. I don't need it. It is for those who still cannot manifest their own. For the men and the baby. Those who are blocked because of their belief system, their doctrine, their expectations and their manifold attachments - their manifold fears.

Wow!!

This is an excellent perception. A truth I believe in too. Unfortunately I am still one of those "blocked because of their belief system"....yeah this earthly realm

But sometimes I do have some to give another, what a blessing to receive & even better feeling to give!! I do believe angels walk among us (of course angel can be many things)

You are a very enlightened man-I am so glad & blessed to know you!

"... You are the God in charge..." I think NOT. God gave me free will to make choices - good or bad, right or wrong.

I don't consider myself "... blocked because of their belief system, their doctrine, their expectations and their manifold attachments - their manifold fears." I trust in God to enlighten me along my life's journey.

Interesting thoughts are indeed presented - the ability to choose is what I get from this and how to make life better.

Some very self-provoking thoughts, and if the author doesn't mind, I may use a concept or two here for a play I'm writing about what certain people (those who were assassinated) go through in the afterlife realm. Each lifetime is meant for something from each of us, finding that, and learning to live through the struggle, is the perfect goal. Thanks for sharing, and for extending my consciousness!

What-if, the hope cry of the slaves.
What-if, the roar of the tyrants calculating to get it all.
What-if, the desire, to convert everyone, from the religious zealots.
A poignant article telling us that ISSA as but very few members left, because everybody is taking sides without thinking about the consequences.

Living in a real world today is almost
a thing of the past. Hollywood, etc.
To face reality is hard sometimes.
I think this why many of us love the dream world.
Thanks for sharing this Regis.

DEEP! "Roll up your pantlegs, it's too late to save your shoes!"

WELL DONE! I do however question the 'fact' of the 'need' for polarity. I have written on many occasions of the asininity of DICHOTOMOUS THINKING. Not unlike a Bell-shaped curve, most if not all WIN-WIN situations normally fall somewhere within the MIDDLE of the extremes.

IN RE: GOD... have you read my: "OUR FATHER WHO ART WITHIN US"? purely personal, and some just cannot grasp concept.

Reg,
A thought provoking work. While reading,I kept hearing in my mind the same words over and over,"The greatest of these is love." That your work would bring these words to mind helps me to realize that no matter what we think or believe, at some time, none of us wants to be alone. Thank you for making me "THINK".

An intelligent perspective, which is to be appreciated. It is refreshing to be encouraged to follow the sage advice of working towards "knowing how to think, rather than how to think."

Now, wouldn't it be great if we knew how this illusion actually works so that we may drive it more consciously. I know that all you have said is completely true and I applaud you for your courage. Still more, i invite you to study the dynamics of our unlimited possibility: Eternal Recurrence.
