Recently en route to board the aero plane. All of the passengers were stopped at the Gate. A Team of Policemen escorted a distinguished gentleman to the plane. My curiosity got the better of me and I began questioning Abba, Father about the gentleman: Who is he and what has he done? Why was he being so heavily escorted? Abba, Father did not answer but once he was securely seated the passengers were allowed to board. The flight was full to capacity and as I and hurried toward the middle of the plane, could not help but notice every seat was already taken. I could hardly believe it. The gentleman in question was seated and the only seat left was beside him. I cordially greeted him and told Abba, Father I would not say anything to him for the duration of the flight. There was something unusual about him though, and so I continued to watch him each time he was not looking. Finally, he said, what is your name? I answered but instantly, recognized his voice and blurted out, I know who you are. He replied you do? Yes, I replied, you are the Chief! He did not affirm but smiled. Meanwhile, inspiration flowed and Abba, Father whispered these words, Sitting with the Chief!
Dear Reader, at this moment you could be facing the most challenging times of your life. Your health could be failing and the doctors can no longer do anything more for you. The climate all around you may seem acidic. You have given so much to help others and they have turned on you and assassinated your character. Your very own has betrayed and detested you. I only stopped by to tell you, it is time to sit with the Chief, the Commander of the Armies of Heaven! It is time to rise above the many challenges, including your health and while the Doctors are helpful, yes, they do an excellent job. The Chief bids you, take your seat beside Him! Let’s read from the Epistle of Ephesians chapter 1 beginning at verse (18) The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, Verse (19) And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power. Verse (20) Which he wrought in Christ when he raised him from the dead and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places. Verse (21) Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world but also in that which is to come. Verse (22) And hath put all things under his feet and gave him to be the head over all things to the church. Rise above the declining climate, above those who assassinated your character and wrote you off for helping them. The Chief awaits you like the Chief of Police, who sat in the very seat assigned for me. However, you could miss your Divine appointment and inspiration if you allow appearances to cause you to think negatively about the Chief Superintendent of Police. Symbolically, you could miss sitting with the Chief of the Armies of Heaven by Divine Appointment should you forget Ephesians chapter 2 verse (4) But God, who is rich in mercy because of His great love with which He loved us, Verse (5) Even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), Verse (6) And raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus; Verse (7) That in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness in Christ Jesus. Verse (8) For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, Verse (9) Not of works, lest anyone should boast. I could not help but ponder on the inspiration which flowed as I sat with the Chief Superintendent of Police, it occurred to me that he never confirmed he was. However, Abba, Father gave everything into Jesus Christ hands and so it is when the Assistant Superintendent of Police is on Duty, he has authority given to him by the Superintendent himself! Your perspective changes when you are sitting with the Chief!
