Yes, I hope your new venture works out well for you. Projects like this require personal promotion and charismatic leadership. I do not have those characteristics so never achieved any renown for my public speaking.
However, I have to credit two college speech courses for learning the basics and overcoming my genetic fear (agoraphobia runs in the family) of going before large groups. And, nothing like teaching classes to help one become a good speaker.
