Never underestimate the ability of a Child to give good advice.

There is a lesson in second Kings chapter five, that tells a very intriguing story. I want to focus in on the little servant girl; who of course is nameless. We know that she was one of the captives from Israel by the Assyrian Army. She was placed in the home of the Commander-in -chief. Do you think it was by chance? No! this was God's divine plan in action. The Chief of course was well loved by the King of Syria, and reveard by all the people; because he won all the battles he fought for his country. "He was their Hero" The problem is he was a leper. He, of course sought healing from many doctors; but leprosy does not cure easily. So he was in great distress. Now after observing what her Master was going through, she decided to say something. now remember who she is; a little slave girl, with no voice in anything. Yet she went to her mistress with a request. Now listen to "wisdom;" She did not tell her what she should do, she didn't brag about the healing power of the Prophet in Samaria. She calmly say" I wish my master would go see the Prophet in Samaria; here is a small child with big Faith. She said I know that he would heal him. How did she know he would even if he could? It was Naaman's army that raided her village and captured her; so why would the man of God want to heal him of this decease. Yet God in his divine power instructed her on what to say. With that in mind please notice how many people she influenced. First she spoke to wife of the Chief. Who spoke to the Chief himself, who spoke to the King. Who sent a letter to another King, Which said in part, {the bearer of this letter is MY servant I want you to heal him} "ouch" Naaman was fallowed by a group of people, that was affected in one way or other, by this girl's action. The King of Samaria became so furious, he ripped his Robe. When a King does that you know there is going to be trouble. So someone went and told Elisha, and he send a message to the King.
