There are no greater people in the world, that the world credits its success and innovation, than black men. Black Americans rise, or sink according to the contribution of black men in America. Although the progression of black women in business, education and government, is extremely important, if black men are not progressing, black people as a whole is failing. As a black man, I understand the trials and pressure of black men and no matter how much I succeed, I still feel eyes looking down on me to do more. I have also heard every excuse from black men, and I have separated common black men in these categories.

Frank and thorough discussion of what could be, the character of all men, not just those of color. The problem is generally the weight of society on all to live up to certain expectations, some of which have become irrational with the jobs for those with average skills and education rapidly disappearing to technology.
The underlying problem, in addition, is the long-standing misconception that color affects mentality and morality--clearly not the case--but ingrained in history. Discussions like yours help educate us all. Thanks for the courage to write about it in your positive way.

For the reasons I describe in this book, the world-wide suffering, death and extinction of humanity is very likely to occur, unless nonviolent and democratically determined radical and revolutionary personal and societal actions and changes are taken
