It’s time for your annual spring-cleaning on AuthorsDen.  Over the next few weeks we’ll be sending out e-mails, 
giving you tips on how to improve your experience and gain more exposure on AuthorsDen. Be sure to read to the
end of this email for our Spring Contest. 

Our first tip for success is specifically for published authors.

BOOK COVERS:
You must have uploaded your book cover on your book page.  Book covers are required for your book to display in the eBookstore, Signed Bookstore, Category Areas or anywhere but on your page.  Without a book cover your book won't be discoverable on AuthorsDen.com.

To add your book covers, go to:
Login > My Books > Select the [Photo Icon] to upload.

BUY LINKS:
People can only buy your books through BUY links.  To create BUY links you must add ALL your BookIDs in the provided fields by editing your book.  These fields include your 10-digit ISBN, your 13-digit ISBN, your NOOK BookID, your Amazon ASIN#, your SmashwordsID, your iBookstoreID, etc. Your BookIDs are used to link to bookstores, without them your book cannot be purchased. Important, add all your BookIDs so people can buy your books. Don't create links to Amazon or BN.com expecting 
your visitors to search for your book. 

Check your buy links clicking on each link.  It should take you directly to your book on Amazon or other sites you've provided. If you need to edit your buy links simply: 

Login > My Books > Edit by clicking on your book TITLE or the pencil icon.

TRACKING:
You can track all your visitors going from AuthorsDen to other websites on your Link/Sales Stats Report Page. After you ADD all your BookIDs we recommend you RESET your Link/Sales Stats Report to see your success and detect broken links.

Over the next few weeks we will feature Home & Garden articles on the front page of AuthorsDen.  Home & Garden is going to be the top searched subject on Google so why not grab some of that traffic and lead visitors to your site on AuthorsDen.
