Yes. More guinea pigs.

Hello Everyone,

We tell ourselves and each other all the time, "We can't afford to rescue any more guinea pigs." Fate doesn't listen, however. It just does its thing.

My wife and her son were walking home from our friend's house and saw a white, hairy butt running into the bushes of a recently abandoned house. She immediately recognized that it was a guinea pig. They managed to get them cornered in the yard and brought them home.

Willow, on the left, is very timid, but Nimbus is quite friendly. We are assuming that they are recently stray. They are both at a healthy weight and are quite clean, although, piggies keep themselves clean pretty well.

We're going to keep our eyes peeled for any posters or flyers with their picture, but it's just as likely that someone moved and delivered these cuties to the wild. For now, they have a home.

Nimbus is the piggie with a thousand hairdos. The cream colored hair is short on the top and comes up in a little tuft that styles the much longer white hairs that want to be bangs. It is absolutely and ridiculously adorable. Every time he moves his head, he has a new hair style.

I hope that we can find their home, because someone was loving them very well. We plan to put a post on the lost and found on Craigslist.

My wife was supposed to be getting a portion of the money left in her deceased mother's bank account. However, her brother apparently wants nothing to do with the whole situation, so now her and her sister have to try and get him to sign an affidavit relinquishing his rights to his portion, otherwise, it goes back to the state.

We were hoping it would be easy, but now it will take a lot longer. It seems that fate is quite whimsical.

In lighter news, the paint bomb image made with NightCafe Studio got a Top 10% placement in the daily challenge last Thursday.

I also finished another chapter of memes in, I Really Meme It. Another dozen memes in the book. I'm still working on getting the first one published. It's very tedious putting in alt text for every meme.

Anystop, I'm re-reading chapters one through three of, Dega III, before I start writing chapter four. I hope to get some writing done today.
