This historical fiction novel features the letters exchanged by the author's parents when her father served in Vietnam from 1969-1970. The letters detail soldiers' lives while overseas, as well as feature concerns at home.
I checked out the book trailer. It is well done, much better than most. But I had to read the small blurb underneath to get the whole picture. The book is supposed to be historical fiction, but it seems to be sparked by real life experience.
