Howdy All!
I have been reading and studying again, focusing on the B vitamins. There is an striking increase in numbers of studies concerning them. (1) What is surprising to me is how much we do not recall from our science and health classes. Also there seems much erroneous information in circulation.
The literature seems to suggest that older folks do not process well the B vitamins as offered in most multivitamins. (2) Those who have this issue seem to have more health concerns. So I went seeking alternatives.
