Bigfoot/Sasquatch: Simply Reasoning
Roughly 70% of the earth is water. According to Ivan T. Sanderson, the author of ABOMINABLE SNOWMEN LEGEND COME TO LIFE, man inhabits less than one tenth of the remaining landmass. Sanderson believes Bigfoot in all its types only inhabits the mountainous regions of the planet. If this is true , it certainly cuts down the animal’s
home turf. In his book he states the animal has been sighted in five of the seven continents. Closer to home we have been informed the animal has been sighted in all of the United States, except Hawaii.
If man inhabits ten percent of the land mass and Bigfoot inhabits only the mountainous regions, then, it is understandable that Bigfoot isn’t as common as squirrels.
Many experts know that in these mountain forests there are areas on which man still has not set foot. It just simply is not possible. For instance, in canyons with their steep, straight up and down walls, one after the other, and this in many places.
No matter what ones say, the deep woods of this earth just are not visited enough to conclude that with the traffic in them these animals should be common knowledge by now. Hunters do not go deep into the woods, or into these steep-sided canyons, but stay close to the roads etc. Of course, as in everything in life there are exceptions, but generally hunters only go as far into the woods as they wish to carry their kill out. I believe that when one of these animals is spotted by a hunter or spotted crossing a road, that it has made a mistake. It may be crossing an area it has not been in before and so crosses a road in front of an oncoming car.
We all have our interests in life. We can not be experts on all its subjects. Why the belief in Bigfoot/Sasquatch has been long ridiculed is a puzzle to me. The indigenous population of the continents where the animal has been sighted has long known he exists. No shame involved, they simply knew he was there and that was that. Why the animal has not been “found out” by now is a mystery to me. With the internet, one can read of countless sightings. Do research for yourself, and don’t be surprised if you too become a “believer.”
