Part 1:Earth changes and the importance of water and salt.
There are certain things that we consider when we hear of global warming and earth changes, things surrounding natural disasters and global catastrophes, all that we visualize outwardly. We always leap to the highest end of fear when it comes to change and automatically only focusing on the worst case scenarios, without taking into consideration the small changes that will also be seen in a gradual fashion. These isolated cases of catastrophic global changes are only but part of the process we are going to go through in the times ahead and this is only just the beginning. This year we will begin to see the real effects of these dramatic changes, not only happening on our earth around us but in our bodies as well.
Water will not only be the most valuable resource in our future but it will be what helps us along side with other vitamins and minerals, especially salt, to alleviate the effects of heating on the body.Think about what happens to a cell in the body when water is removed from it.Approximately 85 percent of a cell is water based and when removing this important component from its parts, the cell begins to shrivel up and die.This shriveling up or deforming of the cell at the most extreme levels is what we term as cancer.
Part 3:Earth changes and our developing perception of reality.
Many people link earth changes to be only including outside forces, relating specifically to the earth.What they forget is that a human is influenced not only by the changes in their environment but also to the reason for these changes in the first place.Through the years ahead as the earth heats up more effecting all life in temperature and environment, this will not only impact human physical development at a large degree, but also a human’s perception of reality.

Perhaps it has more to do with the warmth this year in other regions of the earth. Moisture is drawn up into the atmosphere and it is then driven out to sea and builds up certain weather fronts. Here in Holland it has been so cold this year also, alot more snow compared to the last couple of years. However next year could easily return to warmth again. With the warming up of the earth the chance of storms and unusual weather can occur from the fact that more moisture is driven up into the atmosphere. In Australia we would have such hot weather at times that always at night there would be great thunderstorms, and sudden rain down pours. Parts of the country have had problems this year with flooding, and the other with over excessive heat. All the moisture has to go somewhere, and if it drifts into and joins more cooler climate weather, like parts of Europe in winter it will make things even more cold, especially if there is more chance of rain, which can turn into snow and hail. The more snow and rain, the more cooler the weather conditions, and the longer it will prevail.
The one thing I learned in 62 years is you can't change the weather. This was one of the coldest winters in years. The only thing you can do about it is wear gloves and boots, put up your hood, and stay in doors when ever possible. What puzzles me is, if the artic ice caps are melting, how come the artic fronts coming down here are freezing everything?
