Essay questions answered in 1999 which are very relevant today; that were part of a midterm exam for a graduate level class at Iowa State University.

Information technology as the new economic revolution as the industrial revolution was at the turn of the 20th century.

Put here because my answers seem to foretell what is now going on in the world economic and political sphere.
