Some of us are born with our fists clenched with our guard up while others are on the ropes just trying to get up as best we can but whatever and however far we have to go , we see out the distance as best we can We learn to roll with the punches , give and take , step back then move ahead.

We fight to survive and stay alive . Even if we get knocked down , we get up again and keep fighting on because life is not easy for most of us . We fight the good fight and try our very best ,
God loves a trier , no matter what the outcome is , if we fall down , we get up again , if we loose we try and try again .
In for the fight , life is worth fighting for . Along the way we are trained in many aspects of life , we are coached , we are supported and we show up every day to fight again .

seconds out and no one’s doubting ,
a first round knock out it will be ,
a left jab, uppercut , they will see ,
the fastest fight in history ,
