Summary Executions in Minnesota are Rising!
Why risk a lawyer is the police argument

Mexico has thousands of summary executions by federals, police and the Cartels.

The Philandro Castille case is not different.

Officer Yanez, a Mexican, delivered a summary execution to Philandro Castille.

Philandro Castille posed no eminent danger.

He did not have a criminal background record.

He was not given legitimate legally warnings at Snelling and Larpenteur.

His courtroom proceedings were a Legal Lynching.

I saw some of the Minnesota summary executions while watching Fargo (in North Dakota?). Supposedly a "true" story.
