Barack’s last name in many quarters is spelled habitual!

Recividism is a major legal issue. The District of Columbia is not a state. Most of the legal people in DC are minorities. Barack’s last name is spelled habitual in many quarters. This is very unfortunate. Is their a cure for repeat offenders?

Never let them out of the TOMBS! This is DC!
