“The Phantom Ninjas captured my attention from the get go. I also like the protagonist Tony Hetfield, a private investigator who truly enjoys his moments in the limelight. He is not the type of sleuth that I prefer, nevertheless his brilliance and arrogance are entertaining and enjoyable to read. On the other hand, I do have a bit of admiration for Dr. Magic, despite him being morally corrupt. He brings out the best in Hetfield and I applaud Scott Spotson for being able to create two important characters that complement each other very well.”
