If you haven't heard, the $700 billion bailout of Wall Street didn't go through. I am glad it didn't because instead of using that kind of money to help an already wealthy institution it should be used to help the American people who truly need the help. If anything, it should have been used to give homeowners who make less than $200,000 a year 10% of the value of their homes or used to raise the minimum wage. What do you think?
