Go to www.slburtom.com/blog to joing in the blog. Let us talk about the customer and great customer service. If we believe the customer to be the most fundamental asset of a business, and customer service is defined as the catalyst extending to repeat business and referrals, why aren’t the masses acting accordingly? Why are employees ignoring customers at service counters? Why are employees eating, chew gun, and talking on cell phones when customer are standing in front of them?
