Poetry is a way to exstend your mental peace.
3/2/2008 1:07:58 PM

You are frustrated and nothing is getting done the right way. How do you cope?????
How do you cope?
Take a moment and pick up a pop, a pen and a piece paper. Go to a corner for that moment and write a poem about that frustration. Put the anguish and frustration on paper. Force your self to make it rime and make the meter flow. Five minutes of this effort will relax the mind and the frustration will be manageable when you return to work. Don’t throw away the poem. Put it in your pocket and when you get home put in a file in your cabinet. Later, days or a week or so, when you have a little time sit at your computer and rewrite it. Give the poem a title. Lay it out in a better form. Write an introduction as to why the poem was written. And keep it for your friends, your children or your grand children when they need a helping boost to clear there mind.
Poetry is a way to make your mind clear, lift your spirits make a gloomy day brighter. It is away to focus on your problem and clear it away. So write a poem and keep it handy.
