Short Stories: The Story of a Refugee-1977-Vantage Press

I will appreciate if you can publish this blog on the message board, as other authors might benefit from it!
1. This is the first book that I have published with Vantage Press in 1997: "Short Stories: The Story of a Refugee". Recently, I noticed on internet two web sites offering free downloads of my book: this is illegal as I have not released any of my copy rights on any of my books; this is fraud. More over, my contract with Vantage Press expired in 1998, and all rights reverted back to me.
