It was kind of fun to read an article about saunas in the Wall Street Journal (Home Improvement That's the Hottest of Them All by Anne M. Chaker)
Building saunas for at-home use is a growing trend in the U.S. It is a healthy, stress relieving practice. Historically Finnish women gave birth in the sauna.
I have included the Finnish sauna in my book, Aliisa's Letter.
