I've jokingly said for a number of years that I was a "wannabe writer". A few months ago, a friend said, "Wait a minute. You've had something published, right?" I said, "Uh hunh..." He said, "Well then, you ARE a writer." (Thanks for the vote of confidence, Harry!)
I do recognize that being published (although terrific [!] and my ultimate goal), isn't what determines whether I'm a "writer" or not. The passion for writing comes long before that...
I'm finding Authors Den to be a wonderful forum for me. Thanks to each and everyone of you who encourages me!
